Hi i suggest to modify the automatic promotion of youth player.

I think that the best solution would be to give the possibility from 17 to 18 years of age to be able to promote them manually. after which if they reach the age of 18 in the youth team they automatically retire.

The advantage is that there is no risk of exceeding 30 players in the senior squad and having the possibility in 30 days (17-18 years) to free up the necessary slots.
