example 1svct for phone verification for user andd 1 svct to recruiter

the same reward but 5 vct for fully verification for user aand recruiter

it make game more money becouse verify user may sel or buy player also invesyt in account 

-1, verification is required for withdraw not for invest. So if people would like to withdraw they first need to verify, this means less money out of the game :)
