its should be cpossibility sent player who retired to learn as a coach or scout. you pay for learning and you get good coach or scout

That could be an interesting option, if the price is the same of a normal coach.. you would still have your former stars in your team.
It won't be probably used so much, I guess, since most of the users have already bought the coaches, but could be useful in the future, when the current coaches are retiring

Excellent idea! How about making tutoriing senior player{s} have the tendencies to become a coachbase on the durarion of their tutoring time, say at least for three seasons minimum? You know, just like training progress.

This would also improve the feeling of connection between players/managers and their teams.

So if the prise is the same why to do that ?

More immersion maybe?

Better let people buy new coaches if needed just because funds
