Training sessions missed?

i missed 4 training sessions in the season started day 4 trained and missed a day at the end of the season it changed to 27 day all season and 3 the ones after the season end 28th 29th 30th and my team morale dropped 20 is this meant to happen

This happens when the season resets, as there are more than 28 days in the month there is an overlap of training days and season start.

Yes it is normal that team morale drops between seasons. It is part of the reset.
