Updates and Tweaks 27/02/25

Hello all and goodbye to season 9! Here are the changes for season 10...

• The tactical panel has got a bit of a rework, changing formation and tactical options is now done in a dedicated panel, this will allow to add new options and choices for your tactics!
• A new option we have now is the Half-Time changes. These can be setup based on a criteria you choose, if the criteria is true then your selected changes will be done at half-time. You can change any tactical option but not your formation.
• Another new option is the ability to select if you want players with a yellow card to be replaced ASAP.
• Players height was introduced in match engine. Taller players will have an extra advantage fighting for cross balls. However, shorter players will have an advantage going for through balls as they are more nimble and have higher acceleration.
• Its now possible to swap players height between two of your players for a fee. Funds go to federation fund.
  • To make sure you don't get badly surprised by this height update, during this season all all players spawned before this update will have a free height swap.
• Players preferred foot was introduced in match engine. Right footed players can cross better from the right side, left footed cross better from the left. Also, "cutting inside" now works, right footed players shoot better long shots from the left side of the field while left footers shoot best from the right side.
• Its now possible to change players preferred foot for a fee. Making the player good at both is more expensive. Funds go to federation fund.
  • To make sure you don't get badly surprised by this preferred foot update, during this season all players spawned before this update will have a free foot change left > right or right > left.
• Changed how corners are taken, the player taking the corner will now fight himself for a successful cross since there is no opponent challenging him directly.
• Fatigue penalty to condition drop was increased from 20% to 50%.
• The minimum Gold amount to start a tournament has been decreased from 200 to 100.

@Nimco,you added that player with Right preferred foot can cross better from the left side of the pitch but u didn't add tactics that allows us to choose players that makes Crosses from the left and the right side of the pitch, even free kicks,the update is nice sha

Some things look really good, specially that bought options are coming back such foot etc. regardless what community way game needs pay to win factor to raise a budget.

Half time conditional tactics are very intriguing!

The thing that bothers me is that now...we can all play hard non stop and the luckiest gets away with it.

In my view Hard tackle approach needs scripting in same way like seasonal fatigue: more u play it in the season,more likely u are to get a rainbow of cards. There is no strategy on Hard tackle...but rather luck.

Scripting and conditioning this...would make it look more like Match of the Season in good old Hattrick.

Good updates but I have one objection which is about the fee to make the player good with both feet it should be linked to the market value of each player not a fixed fee for everyone

and how to change right/left foot for free pleaz ?

I don't like the height and foot stuff. I only like the gold coming in to the funds from people pay to winning both feet.

@Nicmo please block swapping height players when they are in market.

my players last season were destroyed even though i skipped training many times

this is not a good change

One question: can new players already have both feet? Or just left or right?

yes @speedtuning , currently its possible to spawn with both good feet.
