Its good to have a tournament create by player. However, you need to consider the cost. I am agree with 200g cost, but the cost should be as a total its mean from created + sign up tornament.

Lets say, i create a tournament with 50gold and i open the torunamen with 10gold for 16 player. So, 15 player will get 150gold and 50gold from me. In total, still get 200gold.

I know there is a change to always create a tournament or transfer their money within club, but this tournament should be limited for 1 account can be able create 1-2 tournament per season.

No need to limit player to tournament they can create plus yes 200 

Is bit much.. Let it be a division that per user tournaments they need

Minimum of 200 gold, divide to numbers of users set to join the tournament:

4 user tournaments= 50 gold per slot

6 user= 33.3 gold per slot

10 user= 20 gold per slot

ETC. And the user tournaments can be fun as much they wish... 

Also allow user to customise tournaments rules like per win gold rewards

Or only crown player got everything or top 3 and top 5. I'd love to see those

why my suggestion to limit the player create the tournament, so we can mitigate the transfer gold with the player, especially for those who have more than 1 account.

(point 1) and also, as an owner who created tournament, he should sent a minimum 50gold to open the tournament, such as MPL, if you want to open war, your organization should paid 7 or 14 gold and restricted for 1 country to open 2 war attack.
The limitation already exist in MPL, i just refer for the good condition in MPL like the limitation tournament.

(point 2) why 50 gold because 200gold already exist?
because, 200gold is too expensive but if you reduce to 50gold (2-3 euro) and the remaining will come from the participant, the tournament will be more active. why i suggested 50 gold, you can refer to point 1


but, everything in the admin decision, i just give my suggestion hahahaa

Of players transferring golds. It can't be stopped anyways, I've seen many 

Auction where player with 1 euro market value got 15 euros bid and match fixing. 

I myself have helped player with some euros.. As long is not multi account, 

Why get so cautious?? To a point many useful update can't come to live?? 

If they invested euros and wish to give out why not?? In game like cod you 

Can buy users gifts and support friends, this help game grows and encourages

More investments... 

I propose an update where players can gift other users some gold or euros!!

So long they don't use same ip address and cheating with multiple accounts. 

It shouldn't be against the game rule sir:)
