The tournament can still be cheated by using a player with a low AVQ at the start and playing him for 15 minutes then replacing him with a player with a high AVQ

@nicmo the update is not enough at least in microv team case, today his starting 11 avg is 53.14 and in his last match of the tournament, his team avg is 52.41
