It's not possible without starting from scratch. I think that's predicted to be possible to move club for a fee, but can't guarantee it.

If somebody make a mistake and joined game in a "wrong" country, he will have only 1 chanse to fix it, of course for a fee.

If will not be so much work for Nicmo, maybe swap teams is a good ideea.

Player 1 from country X must find Player 2 from country Y and their teams swap places in curent leagues.

This prevent to start from League D if you want to change country. ( from my experience , is hard to start from league D)  :))

How much does a club transfer trip to Europe cost? and requirements fairplay?

+1      Move for a fee and indeed cooldown of like 3 months.

Its not realistic to move a club from country A to other continent or even to another country.

Imagine if Barcelona move to South Korea League or Indonesian League. 

But since its a game,sir nicmo if you considering this option im agreed with Ralf suggestion. One account only can move once. 

Beside of the main fee for moving maybe you can add continues fee that went into the league fund before he move out.

Consider it as a tax for whatever he planning to do.

Lets say, he move to Europe where theres not a lot of player or maybe lower AQ than his team. Its almost guaranteed UCL ticket for him. So continues fee seems fair.

moving a club from an area to another one would be terrifying. it will make this game no sense and not realistic

in my opinion

all the infratructure should be start from zero, however there is a bid for your club in the existing club.

during the selling a club, you will pay a tax and also you have a fund to build your new club. So, start from the scrath but not from zero fund.

I have 2 ideas, we can develop further.
1)
Only bring money and maximum 3 players.
Only transfer to another continent.
2)
Buy a second club in another continent and transfer players one by one with a fee to the local federation.
Then, if you get bored with the first team, you can abandon it to avoid costs.
