Besides off season-Master Tournaments at the end of each season. 

If everything is possible, please could be held it :

1. Off Season - C.L Tournaments

which consists of ranking teams 1-4 or more of C. L. Europe, Asian & Oceania, America, Africa

2. Off Season - C.C Tournaments consisting of Team ranking 1-4 or more of C.C. Europe, Asian & Oceania, America, Africa. 

So we can measure the strength of our respective teams against the best team in KOB.

Good idea if it work in tournament rule with no energy consumption.

Some Intercontinental CL/CC tournaments would actually be good,but I guess is tricky to pick a good hour.
