Fatigue display

Fatigue could be highlighted more in the tactics menu, we managers need to keep track of which athletes are experiencing high fatigue, This could also be information that appears when we are setting up tactics.

The fatigue bar is already shown in the tactics menu, in the Tab "statistics"
