Make it possible for players who planned to retire can be extended with one season with Euro until he's 38.

Good idea, eventually, cost to extended his carrier should be his value.

Yeah if 1000 players wants to retire and 400-500 managers want to keep it for one more season or so, more euro in partner fund. Also this happens in real life too, big clubs talking their way to continue for some season etc etc

Price should be considerable high if this gets implemented. 

I like the idea and i love money going to the partners fund, but i believe in this case it should go to the regional or country funds.  Extending players will have an effect on the teams in the region and i think they should get some benefit from it, either higher winning pots or ticket sales.  Being a smaller team i would like a higher winning pot for my country.

@alin spawning new players take 2 months to play professional matches, so yeah while waiting for the players to play in senior team, the manager can now definitely extend his retiring players for one or two seasons

Unless is implemented a strong and steady drop in the skills of the players after a certain age (at least for speed and strength), that would make the game unrealistic. Currently, each player keep improving his skills until retirement, which is really weird, but at least some of them retire early; in all cases, they stop playing when they reach their top level ever.
If it was possible to postpone the retirement, we would have a game where the best players are the ones who are about to retire XD (and they would also be the best captains).

We are talking about 1-2 months and when they are old, their skill barely increase 

Even if it were a couple of skill points per season, would still be weird. But 5-star players with an age coefficient of 1 can also reach about 13 skill increases per month, which is a noticeable difference
