- To incentivize teams to buy local currency, I suggest that player salaries can be modified. The higher the salary, the greater the results they can give you. If you lower salaries too much, you take the risk that players will leave the team and go directly to the auction market as free agents.

- It would also be fun if you could place bets against other local teams on who wins or loses a friendly. (with local taxes) 
- It would also be a good idea to be able to set the prices of the stadium tickets (with a minimum and a maximum), if the price is too high and your reputation is not very high, or the rival is not someone important, no one may go to the stadium and not charge for that match.
