I wanted to inform you about an important update regarding the in-game currency. Due to legal considerations, upcoming crypto-related features, and localization challenges, I have decided to rename "Euro" to "Platinum" in KickoffBoss. I understand this change might seem unusual at first, but here’s why it’s necessary:

1. Regulatory Compliance: The European Union continues to tighten regulations on financial transactions, particularly regarding money laundering. Since KOB and MPL are not financial institutions, this change helps prevent potential legal issues that could disrupt the game in the future.

2. Expanding to Global Markets: Historically, MPL and KOB have faced challenges attracting and retaining players from non-Euro markets, particularly strong gaming regions like the USA and UK. By switching to a more neutral currency name, we hope to improve engagement and accessibility for players worldwide.

3. Crypto Integration: I plan to introduce VTC-to-in-game currency trading, allowing players to invest VTC in their accounts. Keeping the "Euro" name would bring legal complications similar to those mentioned in point #1, potentially requiring financial licenses.
    

What Does This Mean for You?

• Nothing changes in terms of value. 1 Platinum = 1 Euro. So if you deposit 100 Euros, you’ll receive 100 Platinum.
