I have a proposal to add more nationalities and the option to build a foreign football academy, allowing us to recruit players from outside the country our team comes from.

I would also add that juniors who were drawn from the academy could play junior matches.

Indeed, already more than enough countries

Is a good ideea. Club pays a fee to send scouts around the globe in foreign academys and if "you are luck" you find young players or not, good or bad ...then you remove them if you dont want it.

But the fee must be different for 1 star , 2 star ...etc

Is something like gambling  :D
