It would be a lot of better if we could be able to select the role and position in youth center when buying a player

At least the role, in addition I would divide the strickers into 3 roles, in addition to making it more real it would also benefit the market (for those already existing I would assign a random position) all obviously at the end of the season.

The market for strikers already seems dead to me!

giving positions to the attackers could be done. but it would bring further difficulty in the creation of young attackers.

Currently, it's in a good balance, as the player position is divided among positions, and not having everybody creating forwarders, for example.

The request for strikers is low because at the beginning it was possible to select the role of the youths, and apparently people preferred to buy more strikers than they needed. It's hard to sell strikers if the clubs are already full.

Regarding adding side strikers, I'm not against but such a thing should have been done at the beginning, although it would change almost nothing because SR and SL would be only used in formations with 3 strikers. How can you introduce such a big change without shocking the market? How do we deal with the existing players? Maybe it could be introduced by letting the users choose the desired position for their existing strikers

I think we should be able to pick 1 out of 3 random young players in one purchase at the youth training center. 

That means when we buy, we will see 3 random players and only pick 1

I agree only for the role, not the position. If not market will be damaged

If you need correct position, just use a market

Yes! Some randomness is fine, but let us have a say. At least let us choose between S/M and D/G.
