Hey guys,

since most decided we should part ways with items from the market, i am planing to do just that, on the next season change. Just need your help deciding on what to do with the current medical office and legal office. Any items in the club inventory will be refunded by the global fund.

Medical Office

This is fairly easy to get new features to justify it, i am thinking being able to increase players condition using physios to do massages. A limited amount per day, 1 to 5 players per day depending on facility level. It would increase a set amount of condition based on player natural fitness.
This way you need to choose what players are most important to "heal".

Legal Office

This one we probably have to replace for something else, like an hotel or Club Bus. The hotel could increase the amount of condition players get per day. The away matches could have an increased condition loss and the Club Bus could modify the amount of condition players lose in these away matches.

 

These are just may suggestions, if you like please share yours. Keep in mind, any suggestions offtopic, i will delete. Thanks!

Medical office should just decrease losing condition of all players when they r playing matches.

Legal Office should be like hotel, increase regeneration per day.

Hi, you could create 2 opposing services, in the sense that one creates a benefit for the team (medical center) with physiotherapists for physical recovery max 5 (1x building level for example) and doctors for recovery from injuries max 5 (as above) and use them a bit like the tour for young players. This building would be a benefit for the team but definitely a cost. While the other building, hotel/parking income for the club during matches so as to be able to balance the costs of the other.

One reduce injury probability - it becomes a strength and conditioning centre

 

 

Other cards probability - it becomes an skill academy that gives decreased chances of booking

 

As they will be on going services both buildings need constant maintenance that comes how admin thinks is better.

Those two building dont need to change gameplay too much

Before that the 2 biulding was not necessary for most of players..so dont change that pleaz to add cost to play

 

Legal office :- the place to change side or postion for a player 

                    - The place to learn about new tactic

                   - The place to analysis the next oppenant 

Legal office need documents from Notory on MPL and some Ink from wars

 

Medical office : : The place to recover healt after an injury and condition (one star = 1 player / 5 stars = 5 players

 

Medical office need product of pharmacy (come from my profit land who are crappy item in market actualy)

it can help to increase activity in MPL

Pharmacy need some stuff rewarded from wars (increase activity in MPL) + herb product farm

Great, I have a few suggestions as well.

Medical Office(10 eur for each level)

* X selector players(capacity 5 player max - medical office level) for heals conditions, according with doctor level (1%-5% gain). - OK
(new) * X selector players(capacity 5 player max - medical office level) to reduces injury time by a few %, according with doctor level (1%-5% gain).

Another point about the training page, which has the Rest option (2% gain condition) - will it stay the same or will it be inactive and ineffective?

Legal Office - (I will think more for redesing(try put not pay-to-win behavior)) - will edit later this post.
Some points ideas and suggestion:
* Travel - star will be confort when more star, less loss condition on away matches.
* X selector players not want pay salaries (poor player not make goal in week XD).
 

@nicmo, How team moral will work without good market? (Inside medical office?)

Medical office : Exactly, a physios centre, just not 10-15 players per day. Just like you said a number of 5-6 players per day will do.

Legal office: i will not search a second centre for condition. What about a marketing centre, that will generate some revenue, depending on the level of the center, the club popularity, etc. The amount dont need to significant high, just enough that will make players to want to extend the lvl of the center and will be a weekly payment.

Of course the numbers , the money, etc...nicmo you know best if it can work. But as a suggestion, i will make the marketing center

Please no MPL - KOB items or raws.

Ralf is right, there are various possibilities to expand the legal office, like using it for team marketing. Marketing could have various positive outcomes for the team, like increasing popularity and morale, decreasimg maintenance costs, getting free batorade and so on.

Like the medical suggestion BUT  players using massage must go back to  100 % ( level 1 to 5 players )

if a player dont play a match  --automaticly back to 100 %

I like the idea of the change to the medical office. And add some energy item that does a similar thing at a big price, so that one could use it once in a while, if needed, for 1 player.

Also, it should be possible to still recover an injury at a faster pace than initially determined, limited to a fixed amount per season (for all medical levels). It would not make a full recovery, just a bit faster.

 

About the other option, I prefer a hotel, which would change the fixed daily recovery to an amount depending on the hotel level.

With all this, it should be needed a fractional part for energy level, so that the daily range could be from 1 to 2.5%, depending on the facility level, and that after a game some players would be deducted 1 %, while others would get 3.52% (as it seems to me), or more.

About having facilities that generate passive income, i dont think its a good idea because once you break even, your earning for doing nothing and that money will come from the same funds we are trying to boost... so we will run into problems later when everyone is making profit on them.
So, it should always be some kind of game play advantage that manager find value in them.

suggestion 1,
The legal office will now be the entertainment center for the club, where you can recover morale points and condition points each day in the following way,

level 1: 1% morale 0.5% condition.
level 2: 2% morale and 1% condition.
level 3: 3% morale and 1.5% condition.
level 4: 4% morale and 2% condition.
level 5: 5% morale and 2.5% condition.


At the beginning of the season, all teams start with 80% morale, and there are days of waiting before the first game. During these days this building will help recover morale to be at 100% before the first game.

suggestion 2,
The medical center will now help players recover from injuries as follows:
level 1: reduce recovery time by 10%.
level 2: reduce recovery time by 20%.
level 3: reduce recovery time by 35%, 
level 4: reduce recovery time by 50%.
level 5: reduce recovery time by 80%.
The capacity per level will be the same as the youth center and the placement of players in the medical center will be manual.
If there are no injuries, the medical center may receive players to recover their condition once a day with the same level ratio described in suggestion 1.

Perhaps medical and legal office could work the same way : the level of your office make the probability of succss of your request. 

For example, with a medical office at level 1, you have 10% of chance to see your player's injury fix. At level 5, you have 50 %.

WIth a legal office at level 1, you have 10 % of chance to see your palyer's card avoid. At level 5, you have 50 %.

 

Like that, growing you office give you an advantage, but it's not automatic and not a "pay to win"

I think Lanz suggestion above is fair play for f2p and p2p.

Legal Office can be some sort of Support board:

  • Reduce slight % on team morale if team lose in match
  • Reduce the Red card player suspension from match (Example: 3 match ban to 1 ban only) for limited player chosen like now

Medical Office:

  • Reduce the amount time needed for player recovery
  • Recover some of player fatigue/condition depend on office level also base on hours and slot
    •  lv1 - recover fatigue 0.2% with 1 slot player every 2 hrs
    • lv2 - recover fatigue 0.4% with 2 slot player every 1.8 hrs
    • lv3 - recover fatigue 0.6% with 3 slot player every 1.6 hrs
    • lv4 - recover fatigue 0.8% with 4 slot player every 1.4 hrs
    • lv5 - recover fatigue 1% with 5 slot player every 1.2 hrs
      • P/s This player slot can be change from a player to another player from time to time

Well my objective here is to make every department have some sort of passive benefits instead of 100% active one only. Even with this passive benefit, we try to not make directly effect the game match to be a huge advantage for p2p manager. Besides it also will attract more new investor small or big one to upgrade their infrastructure.
