Every player knows that statistics matter here
And my question is - why do we need positions then?

If a good manager notices that the statistics match a defender, he will put such a player in defense
Or maybe he needs someone in the midfield with a high defense? after all, CDM is a very often seen position...

I propose removing the 25% penalties for position, this will increase the tactical possibilities of managers, it will make it possible to actually have an influence on the team and results

removing penalty positions, leads to that nobody do side training anymore, so this is a big no. if you want your player on other side, train your player on the sides you wish.

Aq would not be a problem I guess, the highest one between the available roles could be shown, but I have no idea how much time would be required for this update
