Is a helper, such color cell for age, avgq, condition and others, with your settings on extension.

For example, your think 60 as good avgq, 50 as medium avgq

The extesion will paint green for > 60 avgq and > 50 as yellow and < 50 as red, keeping focus eyes in yellow to improve your players and red colors as emergency training to reach 60 avgq.

Important note: is a helper, is not promisse of victory, just for facility and usability according your config set.
