Youth Players from Certain Countries

I've noticed that when buying youth players, it's practically impossible to see their attributes (AVQ) in some countries. They almost never reach level 6, which is where the AVQ is displayed and gives an idea of the player's skill level before signing them.

Countries like Spain, Poland, Romania, Italy, the Netherlands...

What might happen in the future?
There won't be good players from these countries because they're mostly bought with 1* and completely blindly (before level 6). So, in, say, six seasons, the current national team starters will retire, and the managers who take over the national team won't have good players to call up.

In my case, being Spanish, I'd like to take care of Spanish youth players and, when signing prospects, make sure they're Spanish, but unfortunately, we can't.

This could be a problem in the short or medium term and seriously hurt the countries with the most managers in the game. I've also noticed that less experienced managers tend to buy youth players from their own country by default. That is, a Polish manager will buy Polish youth players, so if there are many Polish managers and their youth players are bought with one star rating, there won't be a good Polish national team in the future.

We need to think about how to protect against this somehow.

Adopt dual nationality, as in real life. Once you've acquired a young 5-star player after five seasons, you can give him a second nationality, with the possibility of also playing for the national team. This is the only solution.
