Like fifa you buy packs each pack has a mix of players trainers and energy boosts, so every season each league has top scores they are top scorer card/plasyers with a small boost but are rare cards, and other boosted cards/players if you play fifa you know what i mean

Sounds good, but personally I think we should encourage community develop infrastructure as from there prizes come mostly. 

Higher prices for tf market is healthy for everyone regardless at what level you play. If we get packs.. These may decrease the players value, I think.
