Remove "Formation Experience" from the game!!!

"Formation Experience" should disappear from the game, because you should be able to freely play any style of play without being penalized by 5% compared to an opponent who only plays the same system!!! The game system in real football depends on the players in the team, not how often you play the same system, especially since in modern football, the same style of play is not repeated in three matches. In real life, formations needs to be trained and played to be efficient, but I agree that should be some push to switch formation in game.
