qualité moyenne

I can't find any information on how a player's average rating is calculated. I have players with higher total stats but lower averages; there must be an average calculation based on specific skills, but I'm wondering which ones are taken into account for each position (goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, forward). Thanks.
