on (1 year ago) The promovation goes from league B to C, the other number is just the series, there are 2 series of B, b1 and b2, 4 series of C, c1-4. YOu promovate leagues on series. |

He is rank 2 at Division 3 so can promote to Division 2 So C -> B C (have 4 group) B (have 2 group) |
