I suggest for the top score and assist have a reward.

There are many reward that you can give, for example

1. The manager get medals because he build someone to achieve the top score

2. Reward increasing for % in the training,, maybe 1.5 or something but this only to the player who get a top score or top assist

3. Reward a gold for the manager

i am not confidence for number 3, hahaaa

Increasing training speed doesn't make much sense. At most, a small percentage of the League budget could be reserved to reward the clubs of the Top Player, Top Scorer and Top Assist man, provided that the ranking of the top players only considers players with at least a minimum number of appearances.

But I would rather keep it as it is (except for fixing the Top Player ranking, it's useless if it shows players with just 1 game XD)
