At the end of the season, there could be the possibility to change your team to a different country, starting in the last division. You would keep everything, players, infrastructure, etc. This would cost a fee.

Yes, no? What do you think?

very good idea... when managers move to other clubs they will keep everything (especially players) so no manager just sell players and move to another club every month to collect euros...

Iveldion, They won't have a reason too and they would go to the very bottom of the last division, so it would not be worth it.  The lower divisions will have less rewards even if they did try to dominate another country's leagues it would take months(years) to rank up to the top again.

But for leagues where there is already to much competition, it gives those clubs a chance to get into another less competitive league so they have a better chance at getting some rewards.

I agree with Iveldon, it is also true that a very strong team will reign forever in that series, taking away the possibility for the smaller teams to compete, I would propose a middle ground, like 1 change every 5-6 seasons and then a high amount to pay for the change, this is precisely to not allow the big teams with a lot of money to prevail over the small ones.

i think that its the same as a local team that invests a lot to build a team in a "weak" country, they will rule there for a long time. It doesnt really matter if that team relocated from somewhere else, the same can be done starting localy, no?

No. Why?

If I invest and deposit money, people will move to countries with bigger fund to clear it.
Additionally, better players will travel between leagues so as not to have strong competition

Paying for the freedom to choose adds depth and realism...

People upgrading leagues with spend a lot of cash and someone can join a league without any loss/waste?

It's unfair.

In this cause all "rich leagues" will be broken and no one will invest in this game ANYMORE.

Edit:

it is not a coincidence that players from Indonesia are in favor of the change
