I think it would be wiser to add an update that enables users to be able to tag other managers especially if they are making comments or posting something that concerns the person the want tag so he can easily get notified

For example

1: any of us might post a suggestion or comment or own point of view in a post that we might want Sir Nimco to see we can easily do that by pressing @ button and input the desired name that should be mentioned 

2: maybe someone is making an comment and you would like to reply to his/her comment (if there's an @button his comment,u press it and he gets noticed in his alert inbox)

Possible disadvantages I think this update might bring is it

1: overcrowded alerts for admins like Sir Nimco due to be mentioned in multiple post and comments

Disadvantages of not adding this update

1: continuous crucial updates being snub due to users not being able to compost a catchy suggestion topic that should attract people to see and also attract admins

2: people thinking they're being snubbed since they are not being notified that their comments have been replied (not knowing someone has replied to their comments)
