You lose everything that is in and related to the club.  Players, stadium, staff and you start over.  If you don't want to lose your euro, then you will want to withdraw it from the club, but if you sell the players and withdraw it is against the rules and considered farming and can get you banned.

It might be worth it to just hold on for a month or two.  Nicmo put up a suggestion post asking if people would be interested in transfering their club to a different league, so that option could come in the future.
