How to verify my (Arabic) Non English ID card?

I don't have a passport since I never needed it lol, in the other game we had an email, not sure if I can use the same email. Or there is an email for this game that I don't know.

hi, for your country you can use, passport, national ID or drivers license.

I don't have passport and my ID in Arabic it was rejected when I verified my account in MPL

I had to contact u via the email to be verified manually *, *
