Problem with real life concept of CL is that have 4 more games, 8 in group stage compare to current 6, and 2 more for teams between 9-24 place, dont think is much space in calendar to fit it

Yes, calender is very full. If you want play CL or CC most easy way is quality for it, be high enough in league to get play it

"Just think about it. If we increase the number of participating teams from 32 to 36, we can then divide them into 6 groups based on strength. Group A would be the strongest, while Group F would be the weakest according to overall ratings. After the division, each team would play one match against a team from every group, making it a total of 6 matches—so the number of games does not increase. If we want, we could add a knockout stage for teams ranked 9th to 24th. And if we don’t want to add extra matches, we can simply let the top 16 teams qualify directly. This way, the total number of games remains the same, but the chances for competition become much greater."
