in the formula to determin the ratio of training i dont see more efficiency with better staff

i dont know if you re understanding what i want to say :p

I also didn't see a noticeable difference between 2 and 5 star training...

Training grounds upgrade does give a major boost though. I would prioritise maxing it before getting better staff.

2 -3 star staff îs good training for players morale up  

5 star coaches give more experience when you train a player using that coach.

The level of the trainer has an affect on the “training type” multiplier in the formula.  the higher the coach the higher the multiplier.  Each * level of the coach adds 0.2 to the multiple.  For example my defense coach is a 3* and gives a training multiplier of 2.6.  My attacking coach is a 5* and gives a training multiple of 3.

What formula do you mean? Where can I find that formula to determine the training impact on my players?

For instance:

Potential(5)*24hMatch(1)*Tutored(1)*TrainingFacility(2)*
TrainingType(3)*Age(1.5) = 45

Potential = amount of stars your player has (1 to 5)

24hMatch = 1 or 1.5 for mainteam

Tutored = 1 or 1.5 for youthplayers only

TrainingFacility = level of training accommodation (1 to 5) = each level adds 0.2, base is 1.2

TrainingType = level of trainer (1 to 5) = each level adds 0.2, base is 2.2

Age = depends on age, don't have the table here, but it changes depending on age until 32 years old I believe

One of the best manager in the site once explained the impact of 5* coach giving training xp on 3* player as same as training 5* player with 1* coach. It is actually a big gap if you understand the impact of coaches. Anyway good luck everyone :)
