Hi Nicmo,

For the T&C of the tournament, i suggest to change from the Avg Quality Limits to Starting 11 Avg Quality.
This make more fairly, because of the user can bought a player who have a low rate to decrease their Average Quality.

It is already based on the Starting 11 Avg Quality, I can't join 0-50 tournaments
