Thank you Pablo, i appreciate your support and i also invite every german manager to work with us to improve the german team in the future! 

For now, the first step for me is to find young players with potential for our team. In my own (club) team i try to convince the players to become germna, that is what all of you other german managers can do with your most talented players.
