Bonuses awarded to TOP 3/10 players!!!
or even 10 players as shown on the graphics.
I propose that for the best players in the championship:
"Top Scorers" Player
"Top Assisters" Player
At the end of the championship, they should be awarded with bonuses of 5/10%, the time you set or in gold that goes to the team that owns it! Both prizes remaining at your discretion, NICMO, grant as much as you consider.
PS. These updates would give the game dynamics and would become more attractive and interesting!
Top players, like in real life when they win prizes and trophies, as top scorer, best player, etc... nobody asked them about the team's composition! It's about their performance after a season that in real football their merits are recognized through prizes! I made a screenshot of the Romanian championship because I'm part of it and I don't ask for retroactive prizes for my players, it's a suggestion for the future of the game!!! PS. I'll put a screenshot from a random championship!
Even real life, players gets trophies, nobody gets extra cash or skill boost. I m sorry to say, but, game's money come from people's wallet, they can not be wasted randomly at everyones will. As far as i remember, top players will get their trophy which is quite fair.
Yes, in many cases, the title of top scorer comes with prizes, but their structure varies: they can be direct sums of money offered by the organizers or bonuses stipulated in the player's contract with his club.
Here is the situation in detail:
Premier League (England): The top scorer receives the "Golden Boot". Although the official prize is the trophy, the league usually offers 1,000 pounds for each goal scored during the season, money that is donated to a charity chosen by the player.
Performance Bonuses (Clubs): Most top strikers have specific clauses in their contracts that bring them considerable sums of money (in the hundreds of thousands or millions of euros) if they become the top scorer of the championship, bonuses paid directly by the club, not the league.
La Liga (Spain): The "Pichichi" trophy is a prestigious honorary award, but players negotiate substantial financial bonuses directly with their clubs for such performances.
Other Competitions/Tournaments: In competitions such as the World Cup, the top scorer receives cash prizes directly from the organizers (FIFA), which are often substantial.

Summary: Although the title of top scorer is primarily an honorary award (trophy), it is almost always accompanied by significant financial bonuses, either from the club (through contractual clauses) or through sponsorships associated with the organizers of the competition.
The premier league example says it all. Thats not a bonus given by federation , its given exclusively as a charity fund by the sponsor. Using this example, why would Federation ( whose funds come from all club expenses) pay some strikers with gold when thats not the case? There isnt any European federation which pay money for such a trophy, not even European Golden Shoe which is the highest trophy possible doesnt come with any funds from EUFA, all rewards come from sponsors or club . So, if you want to reward those players, ask for an option pay them from your club.

@Nick, those are individual prizes to the players, not to the clubs they play for... if they were receiving money when they received the prizes, we still wouldn't see it in our club transactions. I only see how much I pay for them...
Anyway, I had a bunch of players receiving individual prizes, and I don't think it's right to have extra prizes for it because it mostly depends on how we choose to rotate them, and on the tactics. Strikers playing 451 and 541 are advantaged for the top scorer title, and the midfielders taking the corner kicks are advantaged for the most assists... it's not a prize for the best performing players

Once again, when a player receives the title of top scorer in a championship, does someone ask him what formula he played in?
My personal opinion is that the game needs more attractive updates, which would diversify the same routine of players and championship rankings a little!!! At this point the game is getting boring with the same teams fighting for trophies.
PS. Let's get this game out of this routine it's in!

No, but the team doesn't receive money for that... plus, this is a game with real money, and it shouldn't reward the exploits but the competition, I don't think nicmo will consider such suggestion because it's damaging for the economy.
But I'm totally fine with the players receiving money from the official sponsors of the awards: no money paid from the federations, no track in the club's transactions... they may have already been receiving it, as far as we know
If you were more careful, I didn't just propose awarding them money, I also proposed the alternative of being awarded a "TOP Goal Scorer BONUS" but no one reads my proposals carefully, let's just attack the Sponsor, the suggestions I propose almost always end with an attack on me!!!
I repeat, I specified two ways of rewarding, I understand that not everyone wants to be rewarded in money, but you can be rewarded individually with a 5/10% bonus over a period of time established by the game, as the current individual bonuses are awarded, such as man of the match, hat-trick, etc...
