I’d like to suggest adding rewards for top scorers in the leagues, the cup, and the Champions League. The rewards would be training points — for example, the top scorer in the league would get 3 general training points, the second would get 2, the third 1, and so on.

This system would also apply to top assisters, not just scorers.

It would create an extra layer of competition and motivation for players. What do you think about this?
