I guess technically free market players can be even cheaper if you can get them for the lowest bid.

Just to clarify how things work with my players:

• Past wins don’t pay today’s bills. No free rides based on old glory. Perform today, or step aside.

• If they're chasing girls, they can pay for their own drinks. I fund performance, not nightlife.

• No room for dreamy footballers. We build results, not reputations.

• Discipline beats talent  every time. Show up, deliver, repeat. That’s the deal.

• Praise is earned, not inherited. The pitch doesn’t care who you used to be.

Bottom line: I coach professionals, not influencers. And here, only performance gets you paid.
