Updates and Tweaks 27/04/25

Hello! Another season comes to an end, congrats to all the winners, better luck for the losers during season 12
Here are this off-season updates.

• Introduced a more complex corner kick system where you can now instruct your corner takers what goal area to point the cross to, 1st post or 2nd post. Good corner takers will manage to follow your desired strategy more often, but as we now, its not always easy.
• You can now set player priorities for corners, for attacking and defending the 1st and 2nd posts. You want tall, strong guys moving into those areas to win the ball.
• On the player roles screen, you can now see what players are currently selected to play.
• National Super Cup will now have a Gold reward for the winner and runner-up. The National Super Cup Fund is 5% of the total national budget. (the percentage of all funds can be seen on the local fund page)
• It's now possible to pay the club's weekly expenses during the week, if for some reason you fail to pay it automatically on Monday, you can do it manually to remove the performance penalty from your team. This is done from "My Office".

The game translation work continues, we are now testing Portuguese and Spanish and are about 50% done.

hey @Shaow its where you select you team captain, etc, player roles.

i see now, i was confusing a little bit because of the blue colour of gk's :D

So the corner system may need to add a coordinated passing situation rather than passing the ball directly inside.

@Minecodersam it's post, not spot (primo e secondo palo in Italian language). If you are not familiar with football, think of it as trying to attack two different zones of the field

ah ok thanks @maridiba, but the priority is for the cover of the zones, not an order to launch the ball in first or second post right? because it's not very well explained in the post (and in documentations there is nothing)

plus, are there any advantages to prefer a spot rather then the other or is it the same?

We are at the end of our tether and here we are talking about Corner, Translations etc etc. I only see managers withdrawing money. To advertise KoB and make it public, we wait for it to close?!?!?!?

Option for 2 corner takers for in swing or out swing style please.

Nicmo, thank you for updates. good overall. My opinion is that 5% for National SuperCup - is too much for such a small one-match competition. 2% from national budget is more than enough. It's better to raise the League Fund from current 47% to 50% and keep it at least at this 50% level. Because monthly national season is the most important competition for all teams.

@Vigilant, for the prize, open the post for suggestions. I also think we should reduce it to 2.5% to be fair.

About update, is good, need be more clear, what formula is used for new corner kick system in def and in atk?

My reason behind the 5% for the national super cup is that typically the 2 teams participating are 2 of the teams that pay most wages in the country, so they are big contributors of the local prize pool and can see an extra way of getting a return on that investment due to their sporting success.

But if the general feeling is that its too high, this is very easily tweaked before each season ends.

5% is not that much plus it is split between two teams.

I didn't have that vision in mind, now you're right.

please dont make player injury more than 24 hours, injury player cant training, so cant get progress for upgrade skill
