National teams players selection

I think national teams players should be automatically choosed by the game engine by checking their last seasons performance and also pick players that appears in the top players of every league level in the country league.

Why I'm saying this is cuz a player can be rated 50 AVQ and can't perform well in his respective position while there's a player that plays better than him that's rated 49.5 AVQ lagging without being choosen cuz he's not rated above the other player that's rated 50AVQ

Anyone with me?

It's well known that currently National Teams don't have the best players of the nation, but it's not worth investing time in developing a more complex and effective system for player selection since there is no use for the teams now.

If in the future a competitions for National Teams will be implemented, the players could be selected by one or more users
