Updates and Tweaks 09/10/24

Hello, another update with some new features, nothing too big.

• Substitutions can now have some simple rules, you can find them in the substitution setup panel.
• Managers can now remove their players from the transfer list, if they don't have any bids. This can be done from the transfers page.
• Placing a player on the transfer list now costs 1 local currency, paid to the local federation.
• Added a new Top Quality Ranking page so we can see the best average quality players out there.

In Top Average Quality Players, the position of player is missing

Since the number of conditional substitutions is limited it could be useful also to add the "NOT" case for the given conditions, if it is not too complex to implement.
This way it would be possible, for example, to replace Player A with Player B if winning by more than 2 goals, and to replace Player A with Player C if NOT winning by more than 2 goals, so that Player A is replaced no matter what.

However, listing players I assume will be increased at one point.

To be really effective, it should be proportional to the auction price so that putting ridiculously high prices will become expensive. Maybe it could be an anticipation of the 10% sales tax, with the remaining part of the tax paid after the end of the auction and based only on the difference between the final price and the listing price; it works like that in many games with open auctions

Nice update.

Next step: allow for more substitutions, so that we can set more conditional orders, and define the precedence of the orders (allowing to set a conditional order more or less priority, depending on the manager preferences).

It would also be nice (if possible) if the average of the 11 players deployed was shown in the tactical section.
