Eliminating positions

Every player knows that statistics matter here
And my question is - why do we need positions then?

If a good manager notices that the statistics match a defender, he will put such a player in defense
Or maybe he needs someone in the midfield with a high defense? after all, CDM is a very often seen position...

I propose removing the 25% penalties for position, this will increase the tactical possibilities of managers, it will make it possible to actually have an influence on the team and results

removing penalty positions, leads to that nobody do side training anymore, so this is a big no. if you want your player on other side, train your player on the sides you wish.

So? This function could be removed

Noone cares someone paid for it, this is beta and game is still evolving

Okay, so enable train all the positions, ont only in one formation

i would like to see my DC as a MID

Adding further positions could be interesting.

Aq would not be a problem I guess, the highest one between the available roles could be shown, but I have no idea how much time would be required for this update
