I made a video to show the problem, but I don't see an option to upload it.
At one point during the match, the game froze; I restarted the match multiple times, but the same issue kept occurring, leaving the game stuck.

@nicmo Okay, I'm heading there right now and waiting for an opponent to step up and play.

The game is running well right now.

The match is stuck on the second half at 1:10. I was disconnected and when I try to reenter it appears to be on but no way to connect for both players as far as I can tell.

What can I do if I have high latency? Now I have 492 ms in EU1 server and 380 ms in US1 server, but when I try to play it raises to 1900 ms in US1 server (even more high latency like 5000 ms)

@ffb034 if the latency goes 1000+ its possible your computer is losing frames due to other open tabs or processes opened.

@nicmo can be for the distance where I am to where the servers are? I am in Argentina, and the servers (I assume) are in Europe (EU1) or the United States (US1)

@nicmo one suggestion dont give both the teams the same color uniform !! then its so much confusion  give one White then other green should be colors that can be clearly seen

I tried playing a few games even though I had a fast connection, but the controls are incredibly slow and don't work promptly. For example, when I press the pass or shoot button, it doesn't happen simultaneously, but rather takes a long time, significantly impacting gameplay, making it impossible. The game system really needs to be overhauled because it's impossible to play like this.

I would suggest adding a cursor arrow at the base of the player being controlled, which indicates his direction of travel and therefore also his shooting, because in the current state it is not clear in which direction the player you are moving is shooting.

give an option to exit the match or it's a penalty for those who see the opponent and only wants to play with you and keeps you offline for 5 minutes! or if he doesn't enter, the match is lost at the green table with 3-0, it's annoying to find an opponent and sit for 5 minutes for nothing!

@phili091 play on the lowest ping server, dont play on mobile network, avoid bad wifi, lower game graphics in options.

Should there be a minimum number of games I have to play per day?

For example, 10 games a day?

That way I'd have the opportunity to face lower-level players, or maybe it depends on skill level.

I ask because sometimes I want to play and there's only one other player who has played more than 30 games and, of course, is much more skilled.

When the match is about to start and is checking the KOB login, it displays an error message that says "Login check Failed", then i tried logging out, logging in again, clicking the yellow button that indicates that other player is waiting for me to play a match and it displays the same message again

There is something wrong with how the points are calculated! I beat the 1st-place player (CR7) and get 3.8 points—even with a big score—yet when he beats me by just one goal (while I'm ranked 12th), he gets 5.1 points! Also, regarding players who enter a match but stop playing: they should forfeit and lose 3-0 by default—that would be fair. They shouldn't just let five minutes pass without facing any consequences, don't you think?

i think VPN is not allowed. This because KOB and MPL are also not allow VPN.

@Nick, the points are correct, but the game doesn't show why. That's on us, and we'll add it soon.

Playing the same opponent again within 24 hours pays less each time: meetings 1-2 full, 3-4 half, 5-6 a quarter, 7+ nothing. It stops people farming one opponent.

You and CR7 played 8 times that night. His wins at 21:49 and 21:57 were meetings 1 and 2, full value. Your wins at 22:38 and 22:58 were meetings 5 and 6, a quarter. At full value each of your wins would have been about +15.3, three times his +5.3, because he is rated ~200 above you.

On players who open the match and don't play: that already costs 10 points (first time in 24h is a warning).

There was no way for me to know that playing 10 matches against the same opponent would result in a different points calculation!
It would seem fairer to me if the person who fails to play the match were to lose 3–0 and have points deducted, while the opponent—who wastes five minutes waiting around—were awarded the points as if they had won 3–0.
As it stands, the 10-point penalty doesn't help fair players at all; usually, those who don't play their matches don't even appear in the rankings, so they couldn't care less about the penalty!

I think it would be good to introduce an option to skip matches against players one has already played against on the same day.

I still don't understand the scoring system; I beat the best player in the game 5-0 and gain 3 points!!!! when I should have gained 20.

Fix this issue—on top of keeping you waiting for five minutes, the game is becoming frustrating! Add buttons for "Play," "Quit," and so on... otherwise, the game becomes boring and dull!

@Nick Is not me, it is for the problem i have, i reported that problem (when the game checks the login before we can play, it shows me a message saying "Login check failed", i tryed logging out, logging in again and it stil showed me that message) i still can´t solve that problem.
