Change position on a player

Hello,

Im new here, but when i talk with the ai/chat in the right corner says that i can change a player from like DL to DC but i cant find where, do i need to glasses or are the ai/chat wrong? :)

Good morning. To change a player's position, you need to win the "Player Side Training Auction" located in the "Community" tab, and it costs a lot of gold. Tthis is not free
