Reward end of season

Hello sry for my stupid question but did it changed about rewards with the new formula, i receive the same amount (around) as last year for the same position

How more salary get paid and how more people buy items, how higher rewards.

Admin change the reward system depending of wages, but dont see any difference

but Admin dont have time to answer i think
