Doubt regarding the prospects

I need to know when the young prospects' days change, because I've noticed they don't change at 00:00 server time. To explain better, for example: at 23:30 the previous day, they had 4 days in the count, and then at 00:20 the next day, they still have 4 days in the count.

From what I read, the question is what time the change happens, not whether it's right or wrong.
