Maybe I'm wrong. But... you're the creator of the game, right?
This game shares elements and principles with two previous games, Anno1777 and Terra200. Maybe I'm wrong again, but perhaps you were involved in the development of one of them, or at least played them.
And I say this because there are a lot of identical things, like the Membership Fund, the shares, the recruits, etc., etc. Come on, this isn't an original idea; someone else has used it before.
If you knew those games, were involved, etc., you'll already know how they ended... the same way many games end: BANKRUPTCY.
There are many ways to increase revenue in a game without destabilizing the balance or succumbing to the whims of a few players.
One of those formulas is advertising, getting the game to more players. You can earn €10,000 with 10 "important" players who spend €100 each month. But you can also earn €10,000 with 1,000 players who spend €10 each month.
The more players there are, the more competitive it becomes, especially since it's a sports game.
Obviously, I don't have your business plan in front of me, and my opinion is gratuitous and subjective. Perhaps your plan is to make as much money as possible in a short period of time, rather than opting for long-term development.
I hope and pray you don't take my comments the wrong way. They're not meant to offend you or anyone else. I just like the game, and that's why I'd like it to last 10, 15, 20 years.
