Right now the game system allows a team to outbid itself for a player on the market, this should be considered a bug, it doesn't make sense that it could happen.

In this case my browser wasn't refreshing that I had accepted the previous bid and I pressed it again. Then I got the outbid warning.

In this case the loss is minimal (0.05 gold), but if this happens with bids for players with more stars or with good statistics it can mean several euros for whoever it happens to.

That's why I propose that in future improvements the button to bid for a player be disabled if that team currently has the highest bid. Let's avoid catastrophic errors and complaints about the game by looking to the future.

Sometimes you may want to outbid yourself on purpose, for example if you know you won't be online when the auction ends and you want to make your best offer before logging out (that's quite common).

That would be impossible if you disable the bid when leading the auction. Maybe asking for confirmation when outbidding yourself could be enough 

Good point, I hadn't taken that into account, I think it's a good point, just a confirmation that you are outbidding yourself to avoid it would be enough.
