I mean reasigning for ex from gk to striker for a flat fee a month of 15 euro that will go to federation for example. 

I mean slots for tutoring,etc.

Yeah. So at the moment u have 4 slots one for each position. 

For a flat fee of 15-20 euro a month u get to use your gk slot/tutor to a 2nd SC for example.

Could be a good way to put some in the federations of some countries. 

Random youth roles were introduced to improve the transfer market, especially the youth player market. Now, if you want to use the free slot, you have to try your luck in the youth center or buy the missing roles from the market.

The suggested update could bring a little money to the federation, but would also damage the youths market

ah I guess I get what he means ....

now there are 4 Slots for Tutors

+1 Slot  to have a 5th tutor => +15 Euro

+2 Slots to have a 6th tutor => +15 Euro

the question is if that isnt too cheap since its permanent AND the tutoring is free of charge.

maybe the additional tutors cost 10 Local/day ?

if the slots are unused they are free .....
