Since the availability of picking a team in league 2 all around countries is limitated and only the first one registered had this chance, i think will be fair for everyone to have winner of league into champions league and  few places to champions league to come from a mini tournament with the teams who won national cup.

To make sure my idea gets understood, only a few of the players who were lucky enough to get in league B can actually join first the champions league which will come further, but, it doesnt  mean that these are the best team and they should, it s luck based , but, giving the way people   sign up, more and more lower leagues will come.

My idea its to have winner of nationl championships league 1 to get into champions, probably balancing this by giving 1 or more places straight to champions league and keep few places for champions league coming from a small tournament  or straight from those who won the national cup in the countries where the team's quality pass a specific average. I do find more  attractice to give people who just sign up the option to get in best tournament poissible after just 1 month in if they spend enough to reach a high level, if not, i find hard to keep people motivated to take a big boost to team from start which means less money generated to game's funds since lower leagues will not sustain the team expenses.

Might not have maybe the best idea but, would like if you can consider this idea, and maybe, adapt it to the game economy and make it possible.

Man, it will be just one season with low rewards.

You could say it's a kind of gift for first-time players, and that okay to me. You could have chosen a smaller league (you still can!) and participated in CL from the very beginning

I am sorry but you re out of vision. In a few weeks, months , there will be so many teams and lsome countries will require  a new division and it might get up to division 7+. What will motivate a newbie from the league 7 to invest into a top team from that stage as the league income alone wont sustain it, but, giving an entry option to any newbie who get into game at anytime by getting a top team will motivate and bring more benefits to the game. The more people spend, the better the game economy is. You might not watch sooccer real life, but, in any nation cup the teams come from league 3 to 1 and in a few countries, these team coming from inferior  leagues manage to win and participate in an european trophy. This beein said, i m ok for those who started first, but giving this posibility to everyone to get in the race for champions league will be awesome. And more than that, would be totally fair if each country gets team placed to champions league according with the results of the team into that race, as an example , if a country wins it many times in a row, it should add points to that country and, add a new champions league there and taking it from others. As an example If country "Y" gets  a team into it who loses always in 1st stage but country "w" manage to win or get up to final yearly, i find fairly that the team "Y" has to play lets say a placement for a champions league against a team from country "W" who won in a lower positing, as let s say, place 2, or 3 or so on according with this.
