jaja was playing in Turkish League (Club name Elmalik) and he sold 5 players withdraw funds from the club and then abandoned it and started managing new club in Spain and he is doing the same thing here as well but he is not got banned yet.

So, I just wanted to know is it allowed now to sell players withdraw funds from the club and then abandoned it and start managing new club in the new country?
