What do you think about the possibility of having a reserve team / B team? Of course, this could be available only to players who want it, for an additional fee.

• The second team could play in the lower leagues, without the right to be promoted to the first division.
• The second team would not be allowed to play in the national cup.
• Before the season starts, the second team should have a minimum number of players in order to participate.
• During the break between seasons, players could be moved freely between the first team and the second team, with no limit.
• Once the championship starts, each player could be moved only once between the two teams.
• Having more players means paying more in salaries, which would also help the national fund.
• I would prefer to develop my players in the second team and promote them to the first team when I feel they are ready.

I feel like it would make things too easy for the top teams. We could farm young players without being limited by the max squad size and even earn a few pennies from the second team.

Of course it would require a little investment for training center and staff, but it gives a lot of benefits for the whales. Probably too many 

I like the idea but i have to agree with @maridiba on this one. I dont see a way in which it doesn't massively benefit the so called whales. Cool idea tho.

People can already a second team so this is not needed.

as suggestion Saïd it makes penalty useless becouse yiu do that in this case with B team.

i think this is very unwanted. Now people must have strategy to give youth exp and thats good and no need to change.
