Currently, having only one tutoring slot per position feels too limited, especially for clubs that focus on youth development. I think the system could be expanded in a more flexible way. One possible solution would be: - Allow managers to unlock additional tutoring slots either by spending Gold or by upgrading the academy facilities. I also believe tutoring should not be strictly tied to positions. Instead of assigning one tutor per position, it would be better to use a total number of tutoring slots that managers can assign freely. For example: - A club could have 4 tutoring slots in total and choose which academy players receive tutoring, regardless of position. This would make academy management more strategic and realistic, since sometimes managers may have multiple young players in the same position while having none in other positions. I think this change would improve youth development, add more strategic depth, and make academy progression more rewarding. |
